You can ask us to delete your Brandlance account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains how to make the request, what data is deleted, what we may keep for legal reasons, and how long it takes.

How to request deletion

Complete the request form on this page, or email privacy@brandlance.com from the address linked to your account with the subject "Account Deletion". We may ask you to verify your identity before we proceed, to protect your account.

Before you delete: withdraw any remaining balance and complete or cancel pending transactions. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone — you will lose access to your transaction history and any unused balances.
